I was an invited speaker to ERA's prestigious annual conference on European Labour Law. I presented a paper entitled "Equality and non-discrimination: recent jurisprudence with special attention to age discrimination: Prigge, Hennigs and May, Fuchs/Köhler". The conference is attended by delegates from around Europe, and consists of academics, lawyers and members of the judiciary.
