This was an invited talk on how a systems approach can transform palliative care by bridging critical gaps and empowering communities and individuals. This talk explored and delve into strategies that harness the strengths of local communities, offering practical solutions to ensure that compassionate, culturally sensitive care is accessible to all. It also focused on how collective efforts and system-level thinking can revolutionise end-of-life care, making a meaningful impact on the lives of patients and their families.
