Participated in the “Building Research Communities: A Workshop for Feminist Management and Organisation Studies,” held at Newcastle University. This two-day workshop brought together international scholars to explore feminist approaches to management and organisation research. Sessions included a theatre-based workshop led by Rosa Stourac McCreery (Theatre of the Oppressed), discussions on feminist research design and methodology, and collaborative panels on building inclusive academic communities. The programme featured contributions from leading scholars including Prof Alison Pullen, Dr Alexia Panayiotou, and Dr Lynne Baxter, and concluded with art-based coaching and publishing strategies workshop. The event fostered critical dialogue, creative engagement, and interdisciplinary collaboration in feminist scholarship.
