A weekend festivalof learning in Lancaster aimed at families and led by Lancaster University researchers. I hosted an activity called 'Be air aware' to discuss the potential health harms from air pollution in the kitchen from cooking, which led to discussions about air pollution in general. My activity encompassed a pretend kitchen, an information poster, a leaflet of fun facts about air, and hands-on activities to decorate a cork coaster and take home an engraved wooden spoon.
