Glenn Boulter is a Cumbria-based artist and curator. Incorporating print media, sound and text, his work has been presented in a wide range of settings from the ROH2 and Mobile Radio BSP at the Sao Paulo Biennial to Barrow Athletic Football Club and village notice boards in Leicestershire. Glenn is co-founder and director of Cumbria-based sound and music organisation Full of Noises (FON). Originally founded in 2009 as a festival, FON has since produced more than 200 events, working with over 300 musicians and sound artists from across the world. Starting life in the former canteen building of Barrow's shipyard, FON now runs a year-round programme of concerts, workshops and film screenings from their purpose built venue within the former park keeper’s lodge in Barrow park. Recent and upcoming featured artists include Tashi Wada & Julia Holter, NikNak, Lonnie Holley, Brighde Chaimbeul, Jim White & Marisa Anderson and Rowland Hill.

Tune in for a conversation with Dr. Kwasu Tembo about music, listenership, and intermediality!
