In this keynote delivered at the University of Delhi, Bharti College in India, I have shared my experiences and expertise on UK PhD programmes. Specifically, I compared the differences between standard format PhD dissertations and publication-based (alternative format) dissertations. I also explained the distinctions between academic PhDs and professional DBAs, as well as how to enhance the employability of doctoral students.
