Contemporary societies are being reshaped by overlapping crises—from armed conflicts and mass migration to post-pandemic inequalities and digital vulnerabilities. These complex challenges intersect with enduring structures of inequality and are further exacerbated by rising polarization, populism, and the spread of mis- and disinformation. In this context, fostering meaningful dialogue, democratic engagement, and collaborative governance has become increasingly difficult. This multidisciplinary conference invites scholars from across the social sciences to critically engage with these pressing issues. We seek contributions that explore crises, social justice, disinformation, and AI-related risks through diverse methodological and epistemological approaches, including participatory and digital methods. The event aims to cultivate dialogue, share research innovations, and develop actionable insights into navigating contemporary societal challenges.
