The Early Career Researcher (ECR) Workshop on Inequality and
Marginalisation: Multidisciplinary Perspectives from African Researchers
is designed to support emerging scholars in developing their research,
collaboration, and academic career pathways. Hosted by the Lancaster
University Africa Research Hub (LUARH) in partnership with University of
Livingstonia in Malawi, this two-day workshop brings together early career
researchers from diverse disciplines to explore issues related to inequality
and marginalisation in African contexts.

The workshop aims to foster knowledge exchange, enhance research skills,
and build strong networks among African and international scholars. Through
interactive sessions, including paper presentations, journal publishing
discussions, and grant writing training, participants will gain valuable
insights and practical tools to advance their academic careers.
