The Department of History was delighted to host an inter-disciplinary symposium in November 2010 called "Liberty and its Histories". It was inspired by the work of Prof. Quentin Skinner, and Prof. Skinner attended as the guest speaker and commentator. Pumfrey and Foxlee were co-organisers.
