The aim of the workshop is to explore (i) how concepts such as artificial intelligence and machine learning could be applied to the biomedical domain, (ii) creation and refinement of bio-inspired algorithms, and (iii) jointly multi-disciplinary blue sky research projects. The intention is to seek new collaborative efforts within the University and pursue relevant funding opportunities within the area.
