Activity: Participating in or organising an event types › Participation in conference - Academic
Drawing on the cumulative experience of all the members of EAD (this includes you…. anyone attending an EAD event, contributing to EAD culture, even by reading some publicity is automatically one of the family) . We want to determine how the past 30 years can inform productive and progressive development of design research in the next 30 years. This will include stories of transformation: for example, Rachel Cooper generously fanning a spark of inspiration and quality in an otherwise average paper presentation at the EAD conference in 2011, or a prescient presentation by Paul Atkinson back in EAD 2017 on the disruptive potential of AI.
