The Pedro Pita Barros award is promoted by the Portuguese Association of Health Economics (APES) and sponsored by the National Association of Pharmacies (ANF) and aims to promote research in Health Economics by young researchers. The prize will be awarded every two years. The prize of € 3,500 will be awarded to the best scientific paper in Health Economics published in a peer-reviewed scientific journal. The winner of the award will be announced until the end of December 2022 and the prize will be delivered and presented in a public ceremony on a date to be announced.
