The Postgrad Insight are a programme of webinars co-organised with the Society's Postgraduate Forum for postgraduate geographers, particularly PhD students. Its purpose is to offer insights into different aspects of PhD life and to equip students with the skills to thrive during and after their doctoral programmes.

This webinar focused on postgraduate wellbeing during PhD studies, including discussion of personal and structural factors involved, advice for managing wellbeing, and sharing of experience.
