A public seminar of invited talks to mark the release of Ingrid E. Mida’s Reading Fashion in Art, a richly illustrated, multidisciplinary study on the importance of dress and fashion in critically analyzing visual art.


The event included author talk and Q&A with Frances Arnold (Bloomsbury) and short presentations from art and fashion scholars Sarah Casey (Lancaster University, UK), Justine De Young ( Fashion Institute Technology, New York USA) , Adam Levine ( Art Gallery of Ontario, Canada) and Rainer Wenrich ( Universität Eichstätt-Ingolstadt, Germany).
