Part of the “BooST – Boosting Starter Cycling Cities” project from Porto University – Engineering Faculty (FEUP) & Aveiro University (UA) ~~~ The Research in Starter Cycling Context workshop aims at connecting and establishing synergies between PhD students investigating different characteristics in the field of cycling in cities and towns with low rates and status regarding cycling. The workshop is expected to provide a forum for idea exchange, leveraging learning and informed decision making in starter cycling contexts. By bringing together PhD students and mentors to discuss the main challenges and opportunities affecting cycling research, this PhD workshop can be a perfect opportunity for exploring ways to foster an effective shift towards cycling. All participants will be able to exchange ideas with each other and with invited experts (mentors) in cycling research.
