Nathan Ormond, a Chemical Engineering MEng graduate from Lancaster University, who completed his degree in July, was honoured with the prestigious Salters’ Graduate Award on 6 December 2024, at Salters' Hall in London. The award also included a generous grant of £1,000. As his nominator and supervisor, I was invited by the Salters' Institute to attend the event in London. This year, only five Chemical Engineering graduates across the UK received the Salters’ Institute Graduate Award.
