With the invitation from the Northeast Asian History Foundation, I organized an oversea colloquium on "Seas, Borders, and Interactions in East Asia" and gave a presentation on Animals, Epidemics and the Mongol Invasions: An Environmental History of Thirteenth and Fourteenth-Century Korea.
