Towards an inclusive and just Sustainable Blue Economy: integrating the social, human and legal perspectives

This workshop seek to enhance the comprehension of the crucial role of the Social Sciences and Humanities (SSH) in advancing a more inclusive and equitable Blue Economy agenda. It aimed to foster discussions on the existing gaps and explore potential solutions for integrating SSH disciplines into marine science and technology practices. The outcomes of the workshop will give concrete suggestions on what actionable routes the Sustainable Blue Economy Partnership can take in its calls and other activities to ensure the inclusion of SSH perspectives. The Partnership is co-funded by the European Commission.
