Invited to deliver a public lecture to celebrate the 100-year anniversary of EEG at the 'I Love EEG' event in Vilnius, Lithuania. In my talk, I discussed how EEG has been an invaluable tool for helping us to understand the complex links between epilepsy and sleep.
