Amy Burgess and Karin Tusting present at RaPAL 2010 using Skype

Description

Dr Amy Burgess (Exeter / Lancaster) and Dr Karin Tusting (Literacy Research Centre, Lancaster) presented a paper at the 2010 Research and Practice in Adult Literacy conference, "Multiliteracies: Changing literacies, changing worlds", at Greenwich University, London, on 16 July 2010. The paper, "Changing lifeworlds, changing writing: how adults take on new writing practices at times of change" was based on pilot research funded by a grant from the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences. While Dr Burgess was in London, Dr Tusting presented via Skype - which made things a little more interesting!
