Press/Media: Research

Description

Childhood Obesity: Ethical and Policy Issues, by Kristin Voigt, Stuart Nicholls and Garrath Williams, is published today by Oxford University Press.

A short feature appears on the university news feed and on the webpages of the EU-funded I.Family project, which supported some of the research presented in the book.

Some of the ideas presented in the book are discussed in two short blogs:

- 'Empirical findings should inform policy – but cannot dictate it'

- 'Regulating food companies: restricting or empowering?'

The book's cover shows "Red Velvet Cupcake Boys" by Christopher Boffoli, taken from his Big Appetites.
