HR Magazine has published a piece by Professor Paul Sparrow, Director of Lancasters Centre for Performance-Led HR, in which he argues that HR needs to develop six component strategies to properly manage innovation. It must also move beyond simple models of innovative cultures and understand how to manage innovative performance in a wide range of different organisations.
