Ruth was invited to deliver a keynote (dinner speech) at the OECD Seminar for Second Language Teaching, in Graz, for bureaucrats, administrators, and teachers from Switzerland, Germany, and Austria. About 30 people attended this occasion. She spoke on 'Sprache, Macht, Identitat' (Language, Power, and Identity).
