ESRC Support for Centre for Law and Society Seminars

The Centre for Law and Society, Lancaster University Law School, has been jointly awarded funds of £14,000 by the Economic and Social Research Council as part of the ESRC's Research Seminars Competition. The bid was prepared with colleagues in Lancaster's Geography Department, Leeds University Business School, the Geography Department of the University of Nottingham, and the Cass Business School of City University.

 

The funds will support a number of research seminars under the umbrella title 'Conceptualising the Contemporary "Professions": Interdisciplinary Debates'. The inaugural seminar will take place at Lancaster in this autumn.
