Description

During August I have been interviewed for a series of radio programmes exploring how young British Muslims choose to fight in Syria and Iraq. This is a joint endeavour by BBC Radio Manchester and BBC Radio Lancashire and will air in late September, 2014.

I was also interviewed on BBC Breakfast, again on the subject of foreign fighters, this time in light of the murder of the journalist James Foley. This was a live interview on the morning of August 21st.

Both interviews drew on work undertaken during the Global Uncertainties project.
