Mark Butler invited to launch of non-discrimination handbook

Dr Mark Butler has been invited to the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg, on the 21st March 2011, to present on the European Handbook, recently completed by Dr Mark Butler and Professor David Sugarman, and on general non-discrimination principles. Other participants in the launch event will include European Court of Human Rights judges and registrars, judges from high courts in Council of Europe Member States, European Court of Justice judges, and staff from the Fundamental Rights Agency.
