Description

Working with Manchester City of Literature (MCoL), we collated the disparate sets of data that different literacy organisations provided and researched the impact of literature on the city of Manchester through a mixed-method approach. 

The findings were utilised by MCoL to prepare for its subsequent report to UNESCO. 

This project was founded by the Economic and Social Research Council, in collaboration with the North West Consortium Doctoral Training Partnership and the School of Arts, Languages and Cultures at the University of Manchester, as part of the Collaboration Labs programme.
