Professor Ruth Wodak has been appointed as the Royden B. Davis, S.J., Chair in Interdisciplinary Studies, for the Spring 2014 academic semester at the undergraduate school of arts and sciences at Georgetown University, Washington DC.

As part of her new role, Professor Wodak gave a lecture entitled 'Resemoitizing polices - Old wine in new bottles?' as part of a Linguistics speaker series at Georgetown.
