Press/Media: Research
The Telegraph covers new research undertaken by Lancaster University Management Schools Centre for Performance-Led HR on behalf of McDonalds, that finds that customer satisfaction levels were on average 20pc higher in those outlets that employed kitchen staff and managers aged over 60. "The research clearly demonstrates the very real business value of recruiting an age diverse workforce," says Professor Paul Sparrow.
