CENTRAL researchers have been working on various problems of shared transport systems and multimodal itinerary planning. Recently, we have been addressing issues related to strategic, tactical and operational decisions in (electric) carsharing systems. Our current research interests are focusing on an implementation of an operational framework which deals with decisions of carsharing systems (e.g. relocation of vehicles and personnel, accepting/rejecting demand) in real time. We are also working on developing mathematical models and efficient algorithms for solving multimodal, multicriteria, international, door-to-door trip planning systems.
