SUMMARY of research interests (100 words)

My current research concentrates on governanace and existence in politically contested cities, such as East Jerusalem city. In this regard, I will be looking at strategies that Israeli and Palestinian political powers employ to control and regulate daily-life issues of Palestinain Jerusalemite community.
