Juliet leads the LUMS careers placements and internships provision as a careers consultant. As an experienced manager and educator, Juliet worked previously as a project manager, teacher and lecturer and has worked in industry and the charity and education sectors. For nearly 20 years she has provided quality careers information advice and guidance, through face to face and online 1:1 or group support, including designing careers education modules and bespoke workshops and online resources. Endeavouring to enable all students to realise their potential underpins her approach, striving to ensure inclusion and achievement are central to good practice.
As a Masters graduate of Lancaster University, having completed an MA in Professional Practice researching effective multi-agency collaborative working, she brings her experience of different working environments. With expertise in careers guidance, employer engagement and graduate employment she has worked previously in Lancaster University’s central Careers Team. She is an active member of various cross university networks.
