My specialty is looking at bubble nucleation, bubble development, and bubble textures in volcanic systems. I employ a wide range of techniques, like experimental petrology work in high temperature furnaces, X-ray Computed Tomography image processing, and field based sample collection and mapping techniques. My work as a post-doctoral researcher falls under the Thomas Jones research group.
