Laura works as part of the busy LEC Admissions team (with a focus on Biology, Ecology and Environmental Biology), as well as the larger Undergraduate Administrative team.  She has a role supporting the development of Careers within the Lancaster Environment Centre and enjoys supporting and encouraging development opportunities in herself and others.

With an MSc in Health Psychology and an interest in the relationship between Health and Wellbeing and the Environment, developing interventions to improve both environmentally-friendly behaviours and health and well-being at the same time is a particular area of focus.

In her spare time Laura enjoys outdoor swimming, surfing, walking, yoga and learning to play the oboe. She also works as an advocate for people using the services of Lancashire Care.
