Research Interests

Lesley is the first point of contact within the Faculty for all devolved aspects of institutional human resources policy and strategy, including the Annual Promotions Round, promotion to Chair or Readership level, fixed-term contract review, staff appraisal and staff recruitment. She also supports the development, implementation and review of the Faculty's own human resources policy and strategy, including the identification and dissemination of good practice. In addition, Lesley has responsibility for the on-going monitoring of space needs across Faculty departments and provides support for a range of ad hoc Faculty projects.

Lesley services the Faculty Promotions Committee, Chairs and Readerships Committee, Fixed-Term Contracts Review Group and Human Resources Policy Committee.
