Research overview

With the development and changes of the international relationship, the government may consider the intellectual property issues, especially the issues of technology transfer, as a security problem. This securitization of IP issues may take negative impact to the international IP system and establish some restrictions of technology transfer without any relief acts.

Therefore, my research aims to discuss the status quo of securitization of technology transfer by comparing some developed countries. And finding the way to deal with the negative impact of this securitization.
