Maha Siddiqui is a Research Associate at Lancaster University with a Master's degree in Occupational Psychology from the University of Nottingham - School of Medicine. She is a certified Test User Trainer in Personality & Ability Assessments from the British Psychological Society and holds a Project Management Qualification with an Associate member status from the Institute of Project Management. Her expertise are related to the fields of organisational psychology, personnel development and growth, occupational health and safety, and psychosocial hazards.

Her current area of work and research is focused on the implementation and delivery of Occupational Safety and Health Services globally with an emphasis national policies and procedures. 

Maha has a broad experience of working across various academic, research, and consultancy ventures providing her with a well rounded approach towards Occupational Psychology as a discipline.
