My research interests derive from the fields of property and land law, with particular focus on the land development right in China.

As a market regulation tool, a good system of land development right gives full play to the regulating role of the market, promotes the fair distribution of land rights by balancing the developmental interests of different lands, and guarantees the marketization of land factors. China lacks the mechanism for rational distribution of the above-mentioned land development interests. Considering the setting and operation mode of land development right in China from the perspective of promoting and ensuring the market-oriented allocation of land factors, it will undoubtedly get twice the result with half the effort to solve various land problems in China's practice.
