Sue is a highly skilled leadership development facilitator, organisational change consultant and executive coach with a proven track record of working in a commercial environment, the public sector and academia.  Working in the field of leadership and people development since 1995, using a facilitative style and a variety of development tools to enable behavioural and attitudinal change at all levels within organisations, thus increasing personal effectiveness and having a direct impact on performance.

Sue specialises in leadership development and executive level team development interventions.  She works with a range of both private and public sector clients at various levels within organisations and often works with board level teams with a focus on developing high performance team behaviours that support improving organisational performance.   Her facilitative style creates space for teams to explore the issues that are important to them, with a solutions focus to ensure pragmatic actions are agreed.  

Sue has an MA in Management Learning from Lancaster University Management School with her dissertation focused on creating inspiring learning environments.  She is an accredited coach, an MBTI practitioner, Firo B practitioner, TA 101 counsellor, an NLP master practitioner and a level 7 Action Learning Facilitator.
