REAP was involved with the Aiming4uni in Furness project in two ways. Firstly, we contributed to the "Work with families" strand, drawing on our action research Families And Higher Education Decision-making project (FAHED). This year long summer school programme was delivered in partnership by Cumbria Aimhigher, Barrow Excellence Cluster Partnership (BECP), 14-19 Pathfinder, Lancaster University's Department of Continuing Education and the University of Central Lancashire. Secondly, we provided formative evaluation of different aspects of the project that aided ongoing development and provided evidence of the quality of the programme and impact on all the participants.
