Hitting Them Where It Hurts: The history and development of Civil Recovery powers under the Proceeds of Crime Act

Project: Research

Description

As part of a wider project on the development of civil recovery orders under the Proceeds of Crime Act, this short project involved the organisation of a conference on 'Dirty Money: New Insights and Emergent Issues' held in May 2018. The aim of the conference was to bring together emerging, early career researchers in the areas of criminal assets, confiscation, (anti-)money laundering and (counter-)terrorist financing, to share new research and develop a network with other researchers in the field.
