This project is about exit interviews in health and social care. It has a number of aims:

1. To explore the value and limitations of exit interviews in health and social care.
2. To pilot and develop the use of peer exit interviews.
3. To develop studies in key groups with specific workforce problems that utilise the data from peer exit interviews.
