Project: Research

Description

Global professional service firms such as accountancy and law play a vital role in the global economy and facilitate cross border business. Yet despite receiving significant academic scrutiny, little is known about how global professional service firms train their employees.

This project, therefore, examines how global professional service firms use different training and education tactics to train their new recruits and, in particular, manage the cultures and practices of professionals employed throughout the world.

The case study for the research is the legal profession and global law firms operating in Europe.
