Read Me File for Polar Wind Repository

The README.md file contains the layout of the _output_jupiter_xxxx.txt files and some workings of the model. 

Files ending in _subAuroral relate to an area between the auroral oval and Io's footprint in the ionosphere, only one run is done for them which is then integrated around the planet to get the values in the paper.

Files ending in _Auroral_# relate to an area in the auroral region which relate to the number which is latitude (values of 75-77) or radial distance (values of 19+). This is summated over the 2 degree wide auroral oval to get the values presented in the paper.
