Time series in the format Figure_x, where Figure refers to which figure of the paper "Deterministic noise:
a simple mechanism for `noise' generation in physical systems" the time series corresponds to, and x indicates it is a time series.
For Fig. 3a, 10, 100 and 1000 are appended to indicate they are the time series for the 10, 100 and 1000 oscillator model respectively.
