This is the Raman spectra collected and analysed for the paper "Raman spectroscopy identified fingernail compositional differences between sexes and age-related changes but not handedness or fingers in a healthy cohort"

Outliers and poor quality spectra were removed.

The raw data was baseline corrected and normalised before the statistical analyses.

First column (A): the participant number, age, and sex (M/F). Each participant has 50 spectra collected (hence 50 rows).

The last column (AUK): the group label of the fingernails
