Visit to a school to enthuse about biomedical research and biology during British Science week 2024. The Wibbly Wobbly World of DNA was discussed and students across the whole school from nursery to Y6 extracted DNA from strawberries. KS1 students also learned about bacteria and viruses and how our immune system helps to protect us from germs.
