I co-organised and facilitated a Patient and Public Involvement (PPI) workshop to launch CLOVER (Collaboration for Late-Onset and Vascular Epilepsy Research) - a new research network focused on epilepsy that begins later in life, particularly in the context of stroke and vascular disease. The workshop brought together individuals with lived experience of late-onset, post-stroke, and vascular epilepsy to: share personal experiences, identify key questions and concerns they would like to be addressed by research, and help shape and agree on the top research priorities. This event marked a significant step in ensuring that patient voices directly inform the research agenda and strengthen the clinical relevance and impact of work within the CLOVER network.
