I actively contribute to attracting prospective undergraduate students by designing and delivering engaging outreach activities, ensuring our courses remain competitive and appealing to national and international prospect students. I regularly prepare and deliver degree talks and Taster Sessions (mini lectures) on Open Days, develop and deliver Master Classes for UK and international prospective students. I also analyse market data about the recruitment for the department, and report insights to the department. I am also developing a Recruitment Handbook for the department, to be shared across the school and potentially the university, to ease transitions for subsequent recruitment leaders in the department, as the lead changes every few years.
