Her contribution explored how we can stimulate innovation in complex organisations, such as the Ministry of Defence, including the processes, methods, and common barriers. She has explored the common pitfalls associated with copying corporate innovation management practices into the policy context and has drawn on a comparative case with the German Ministry of Defense “Cyber Innovation Hub”.
